How the LRC Generator Works

1

Step 1: Upload your song in Agent

Sign in, choose Lyrics text, and upload a supported audio file. If you already have the lyrics, paste them too and choose to align that text with the recording. Audio is required for timing.

2

Step 2: Confirm the 20-credit task

Review the lyric source and cost before confirming. AI transcribes the vocals or aligns your supplied text with the audio to produce line timestamps.

3

Step 3: Review and download

Check the lyrics and timing, opening the editor for corrections if needed. Download LRC, SRT or TXT from the completed result without additional download credits or a video render.

What You Can Do With Your .lrc File

Use line timestamps in software that supports LRC. Import methods and lyric delivery requirements vary by player and service.

Music players & MP3 tags

Load the downloaded .lrc alongside the matching audio in a player that supports synced lyrics.

DistroKid & streaming uploads

Use the reviewed words and timestamps when preparing a release. Check the distributor’s supported format and submission process; this tool does not deliver lyrics to streaming services.

Apple Music local files

Keep a separate lyric file for your local track and check whether your chosen player supports .lrc import and timed display.

Karaoke & lyric videos

Use the timestamps in compatible karaoke software, or open the project editor to review optional lyric video settings.

LRC, SRT or TXT — which export do you need?

One transcription, three formats. Pick by where the lyrics are going.

DetailFormatBest forHas timestamps
LRC.lrc synced lyricsCompatible music players and karaoke softwareYes — per line
SRTSubtitlesVideo editors, YouTube captionsYes — per line

Timed downloads use the project audio timeline. If you trimmed the song, use the matching clip; video creation and export are separate steps.

What is an .lrc file?

An .lrc file is a plain-text lyric file with a timestamp at the start of each line. Compatible music players use those times to display lyrics with the song. This LRC file generator transcribes uploaded audio or aligns supplied lyrics to build those timestamps.

  • Each line starts with a timecode like [01:23.45] followed by the lyric.
  • Players use those timecodes to highlight the right line at the right moment.
  • Upload audio for transcription, or provide both audio and lyrics for alignment; text alone cannot determine timing.
  • Export the same transcription as LRC (synced), SRT (subtitles), or TXT (plain).

Edit and fine-tune your synced lyrics

The built-in synced lyrics editor gives you control after the AI does the heavy lifting.

Open the editor to correct a misheard word.
Adjust word start and end times while listening to the project audio.
Save the corrections before returning to the result in Agent.
Download the reviewed lyrics as LRC, SRT or TXT; downloads do not change the saved project.

How to add synced lyrics to your music

Check the destination’s import requirements before using a synced lyric file. Downloading an LRC does not publish it to another service.

WhereHow the .lrc helps
Apple Music local filesCheck the player’s lyric import and display requirements; a downloaded LRC does not automatically add synced lyrics.
DistroKid / streamingUse the text and timing as reference for the distributor’s own lyric submission process.
Compatible music playersLoad the .lrc with the matching audio using the player’s supported import method.
KaraokeImport timestamps into karaoke software that supports LRC.
